A Consortium Adviser will work with you to plan and review the package of support that will enable you to successfully implement the Diploma. They will refer you to national support partners and other sources of help, such as your peers in other consortia. They can also provide additional support on strategy and planning.
Your consortium can request the in-depth expertise of a Leadership Consultant to support areas such as collaborative workforce planning, collaborative quality assurance, and equality and diversity. Consultancy for individuals or groups, workshops, and face-to-face or telephone coaching for individuals are available. Talk about your needs with your Consortium Adviser and ask for a referral.
