Peer-to-peer learning
By taking a shared approach to learning, you can help build capability to implement the Diplomas.
Your Consortium Adviser can help put you in touch with colleagues in other consortia. You may want to:
- work jointly with another consortium on ideas and solutions
- ask others about their approaches to aspects you are finding difficult
- share your successes on a specific topic with others.
You can:
- learn about leadership approaches and practice in another consortium by participating in a themed learning visit
- ask colleagues in other consortia about their responses to specific issues using the online communities
- refer to case studies to learn how another consortium has approached collaboration. Each case study has linked resources that you can use and adapt to meet your own needs.
